Central Peloponnesus, Greece: Megalopolis Power Plant is located in Central Peloponnesus, Greece. The equipment provided by GE included two Frame 9FB gas turbines, one GE D11 steam turbine, three 330H generators and some additional services. The plant has the output of more than 800 megawatts and is one of the region’s most efficient power generation stations.


Villonaco Wind Farm | Ecuador


Loja City, Ecuador: The Villonaco wind farm, located in the Loja province south of the country is the first in the world at an altitude of 2,700 meters. The estimated annual production is 37GW.h for an equivalent of 2,500 hours of full load/year; total power is 16.5MW. Major Components for 11 Goldwin Turbines are 11 generators, 11 3-piece Towers and 33 blades. The completion date for the Villonaco project is set for January 2013.


Etileno XXI | Nanchital, Mexico

Nanchital Storage Area Project: World Logistics Services Corporation has entered into an agreement with the project to build a 15 hectare storage area, including the construction of a new Ro/Ro jetty that will handle the unloading of barges. WLSC will also be involved in the inland transportation of cargo from multiple origins within Mexico to the new storage area and to the project site.


Maracaibo, Venezuela | Enelven Project: Miranda & Santa Lucia Substations 2012-2014

Enelven Project: In connection with the project, Iberdrola Engineering & Construction has contracted World Logistics Services Corporation to carry out services such as customs clearance, transportation of heavy and over-dimensional equipment, conduct route surveys and all associated civil works and transportation of other equipment from the port of Maracaibo to WLSC storage area or to all project sites (Miranda, Grano de Oro, Santa Lucia y Floreta) in Maracaibo, Zulia-Venezuela.

Fort St. James Green Energy Project: In connection with the project, Iberdrola Spain, contracted WLSC to carry out services such as customs clearance, transportation of heavy and over dimensional equipment, conduct route surveys and all associated transportation of other equipment from various US origins to the project site in Fort Saint James, BC.
